Frequently Asked Questions

If you don’t find the answer here, get in touch with us—we’ll be happy to provide all the information you need.

Can I have the car inspected at a service center?

Yes, absolutely—and we would recommend it. You can have the vehicle checked at any authorized dealer for the brand you’re interested in, or at an independent service center. Please note that authorized centers usually have longer waiting times, and inspections may sometimes take several weeks to schedule.

Do you offer car financing? What interest rates can I expect?

We work with all major banks in Lithuania and provide all the necessary documents to prepare a financing agreement. The interest rate will depend on your income, existing obligations, and credit history.

Has the car you’re selling been in an accident?

We make every effort to select vehicles without any accident history, not written off by insurance, with undamaged frame, original airbags, unaltered mileage, and so on. Before purchasing any car, we check its history and, when possible, inspect the paint layers using specialized tools. Any known defects are communicated to our clients immediately.

Can you find a car to order?

Yes, we assist with purchasing cars both in Lithuania and abroad. We can help you find and acquire your desired model with the preferred trim, color, or mileage. We’ll handle delivery to Lithuania, technical inspection, and registration documents. If you plan to replace your current vehicle, we can also assist with selling it.

Do you provide a warranty on the cars you sell?

Yes, all our vehicles come with a 3-month or 5,000 km warranty.

Can I pay for the car in cash?

Yes, but only if the car’s value does not exceed €5,000. According to the Lithuanian law, for transactions of €5,000 or more, payment must be made via a bank transfer.
